Attendees must present digital confirmation for event entry.

Tickets are transferable until January 12, 2026. After this date, transfers
are not allowed.

Tickets are non-refundable after January 12, 2026.

Ticket amounts may be used as credit toward Weldwood Universe LLC services.

If the event is changed or canceled, attendees may transfer credit to future
events or services.

Attendees consent to receive event communications and updates.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

VIP or digital upgrades are fulfilled via email or event communication.
