Seth Jones

Seth likes to say he’s a recovering elementary school principal. He began his career supporting students with learning and behavioral challenges in Chicago Public Schools, earning a master’s degree as a Learning and Behavior Specialist before relocating to the Pacific Northwest in 2005 to pursue work as a school administrator.

Seth now works with professionals, college students, couples, and families to help them understand how ADHD and executive functioning impact their daily lives- and to develop practical strategies that encourage awareness, action, and reflection.

Patricia Renee’ Parsons is the Executive Director of the Business Cultivation Foundation, where she leads innovative community and economic-development projects across Eastern Kentucky. Known for blending creativity with strategy, she helps rural communities turn ambitious ideas into fundable, high-impact programs, from STEAM education and workforce initiatives to tourism development and regional partnerships.

Her work has supported nonprofits, local governments, emergency services, libraries, entrepreneurs, and arts organizations, earning her invitations to present at state and national conferences, including the Appalachian Regional Commission.

Early in his career, he launched a software start-up that collapsed after 18 months, resulting in the loss of six figures in crowdfunded investments from friends and family. Despite the setback, his leadership and innovative thinking earned him recognition as the 2021 Bloch School Entrepreneur of the Year. Six months later, he launched a marketing agency that he grew successfully before exiting, using the experience to shape his next venture.

Sara Odendahl

Sara Odendahl is a seasoned public affairs and nonprofit leader with deep expertise in policy development, strategic communications, and organizational leadership. She serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Bend Chamber of Commerce, where she leads the region’s largest business advocacy organization in advancing a strong, resilient, and inclusive Central Oregon economy.

Prior to being appointed CEO, Sara served as the Bend Chamber’s Director of Government Affairs and Strategic Initiatives. In that role, she led the Chamber’s policy agenda and spearheaded its Workforce Housing Initiative, a signature effort focused on advancing attainable housing solutions to support the community’s workforce.

Brittany Quick-Warner

Brittany Quick-Warner

Brittany Quick-Warner is the President & CEO of the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, where she leads efforts to strengthen the region’s economy through bold initiatives in housing, workforce development, downtown revitalization, and civic leadership. She recently spearheaded Elevate 2028, raising $5 million dollars to implement the ambitious regional economic development initiative, and co-founded A.C.T. Now Lane, a cross-sector coalition working to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring in Lane County.

Brittany is known for her tenacity, her big ideas and for bringing people together across sectors to solve complex challenges and advocate for smart, business-friendly policy. She serves on the boards of the Western Association of Chamber Executives and the national Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, and is active on local boards of directors like Travel Lane County, the Eugene Airport and Looking Glass Youth Services. A champion for women in leadership and a proud mom to a sweet 1-year old baby boy, Brittany is passionate about building a stronger, more prosperous future for Eugene.
