1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or attending the Oregon Business Conference
(“Conference”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Registration and Tickets

Tickets are transferable up to January 12, 2026. Tickets are non-refundable
after January 12, 2026.

3. Ticket Credit Toward Weldwood Services

The amount paid for each ticket may be used as a credit toward services
provided by Weldwood Universe LLC and its divisions.

4. Event Participation & Conduct

Attendees must comply with all policies. Content may not be recorded or
reproduced without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials remain the property of Weldwood Universe LLC or its
presenters.

6. Limitation of Liability

Weldwood Universe LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Oregon law.

8. Amendments

Terms may be updated at any time and posted on the event website.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Attendee information may be used for conference administration and marketing.

10. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is invalid, the remainder still applies.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms supersede all prior agreements.
